MILAN Skin Clinic specialise in advanced medical aesthetics. Led by expert medical consultants and using state-of-the-art technology, they provide an extensive range of professional skin, face, and body treatments.

MILAN Skin Clinic opened for business in May 2022, but developer issues meant their new website wasn’t online during the first four months of trading. With much lost time, the client wanted the expertise and energy of a digital marketing specialist to generate much-needed website traffic and e-commerce sales, so we were delighted when we were appointed in September 2022.

I  Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
At launch, the website, and domain name were completely new; no domain authority, no ranked keywords, no backlinks, and no site visitors!
Following detailed competitor research and keyword planning, we employed a wide range of specialist technical (off-page) and content (on-page) SEO techniques to optimise the website for organic search.
From zero, the site now has over 35 Google first-page ranked keywords and averages 1,000 organic website visitors per month.

I  Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
Whilst the client was happy with the overall site design, our audits indicated there was much scope to improve the user experience and optimise sales conversions.
So to make the user journey simple, easy, and efficient, we created new banners and messaging, added more compelling CTAs, simplified menus and navigation, added site search, enhanced existing page content and created new key pages with search-optimised content.

As an accredited Google Partner, we know our Google Ads campaigns can provide fast and effective results – even with a modest budget.
Following careful planning, we wrote and produced a series of highly targeted responsive search ads – aimed at the client’s specific audience and location.

I  Email Marketing
Based on our seasonal email activity plan and using customer segmentation to enhance targeting and effectiveness, we independently design, write, and deliver weekly email campaigns featuring clinic treatments, news, offers, and promotions. We also designed and integrated transactional emails, signups and webforms to sync with our email platform.

In the first 6 months, our combined digital marketing activity produced over 8,500 website visitors, generating a 97% increase in overall sales.
