Melrose and Morgan are a gourmet delicatessen, artisan bakery and high-end grocer with a large e-commerce store and shops in London’s upmarket Primrose Hill and Hampstead.
Initially, Melrose and Morgan appointed Profile to make a range of conversion rate optimisations, front-end content updates and technical fixes to their Shopify site:
I New, improved and updated theme designs, menus, pages, collections, banners and notifications.
I Identify and fix multiple issues and errors relating to store collections, local deliveries and next day shipping.
I Research, identify, test and implement an entirely new local delivery solution providing next-day trackable courier deliveries within Greater London.
Following the success of these design and function projects, Profile was appointed principal web developers.
In February 2020, we were delighted to also be retained as digital marketing partners, delivering a highly effective range of marketing strategies including SEO, CRO, pay-per-click ad campaigns, and email marketing.
In December 2021, our digital marketing campaigns generated an above-target 25% uplift in YoY online Christmas sales.
