Botánico Vida is a UK-based organic skincare brand. Their lovely and award-winning ethnical products, Omega Oil and Omega Balm, are clinically proven to naturally relieve dry skin and prevent stretch marks and scars.

Botánico Vida’s original web developers created the online store on the Shopify e-commerce platform but were then not able to provide further support, so in 2020 Profile was appointed to make a series of much-needed conversion rate optimisations including technical fixes, function enhancements, advanced features and content updates:

Following these successful changes, we were tasked to produce an entirely new Shopify store site for Botánico Vida USA. Initially a clone of the UK store, we fully designed, configured, and updated the store backend for the US distributor and the front end for new American customers. Both sites now operate with geo-location switching to automatically deliver the appropriate store.

Today, Profile is not only contracted as Botánico Vida’s principal web designers and developers, we are also proud to be retained as digital marketing partners, and now deliver a wide range of highly effective marketing strategies including SEO, CRO, Store Promotions, Pay-Per-Click Ad Campaigns, and Email Marketing.

Over the first 6 months of 2021, the newly updated and search-optimised website together with our digital marketing campaigns produced a 377% increase in YoY online sales.
