AppCan is a groundbreaking mobile device-based B2B software solution that transforms the way construction field-workers record, manage and distribute data.

Initially, Profile was commissioned by AppCan to design show stands for a major trade exhibition. Phase Two was to replace their outdated, ineffective website with a completely new site – with a clear brief to increase site traffic and improve conversions (site enquiries).

Our research indicated there were three main issues with the old site: ineffective SEO, low-quality content and a poor user experience.

Following thorough planning and working closely with the client, Profile conceived, wrote and produced entirely new, and substantially expanded content to feature in a much larger website.

Search-optimised copy was professionally written to incorporate more detailed, but clearer, product information whilst employing target keywords, industry language and compelling CTAs.

New construction-industry imagery was carefully selected to engage the target audience, together with new graphics to help convey the complex product narrative.

A new distinctive design, subtle animations and bespoke navigation menus were developed to separate AppCan from their often-uninspired software rivals and provide a more intuitive, user-friendly visitor experience.

Following the successful launch, Profile created, and now manage, ongoing Google search advertising and email marketing campaigns for AppCan.

In the first year alone, the new website generated a 43% growth in overall site visitors, traffic from organic searches increased by 50% and AppCan now enjoy a steady stream of commercial website enquiries.
