MILAN Skin Clinic specialise in advanced medical aesthetics. Led by expert medical consultants and using state-of-the-art technology, they provide an extensive range of professional skin, face, and body treatments.

MILAN Skin Clinic opened for business in May 2022, but developer issues meant their new website was offline for the first 4 months. With much lost time, the client wanted the expertise and energy of a digital marketing specialist to us to generate much-needed website traffic and sales conversions, so in September 2022 they appointed Profile Creative.

I  Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
At launch, the website, and domain name were completely new; no domain authority, no ranked keywords, no backlinks, and no site visitors!
Following detailed competitor research and keyword planning, we employed a wide range of specialised technical (off-page) and content (on-page) SEO techniques to optimise the website for organic search.
From zero, the site now has over 25 Google first-page ranked keywords and averages 600 organic website visitors per month.

I  User Experience Optimisation (UE)
Whilst the client were happy with the overall site design, our audits indicated there was much scope to improve the user experience. So to make the site user journey simple, stress-free, and promote sales conversions, we enhanced page content, updated banners, re-wrote headlines and CTAs, simplified navigation, created new pages and added site search.

I  Google Search Ads (PPC)
As an accredited Google Partner, we know our Google Ads campaigns can provide fast and effective results – even with a modest budget. Following careful planning, we wrote and produced a series of highly targetted responsive search ads – aimed at the client’s specific audience and location. 

I  Email Marketing
Employing a customer database from an allied sister company, we independently design, write and deliver weekly email campaigns. Based on our marketing activity plan, emails incorporate special offers and promotions in line with annual celebrations, holidays and seasons.

In the first 6 months, our digital marketing activity produced over 8,500 website visitors, generating a 97% increase in overall sales.

APPCAN  I  FIELD SOFTWARE 

AppCan is a groundbreaking mobile device-based B2B software solution that transforms the way construction field-workers record, manage and distribute data.

Initially, Profile was commissioned by AppCan to design show stands for a major trade exhibition. Phase Two was to replace their outdated, ineffective website with a completely new site – with a clear brief to increase site traffic and improve conversions (site enquiries).

Our research indicated there were three main issues with the old site: ineffective SEO, low-quality content and a poor user experience.

Following thorough planning and working closely with the client, Profile conceived, wrote and produced entirely new, and substantially expanded content to feature in a much larger website.

Search-optimised copy was professionally written to incorporate more detailed, but clearer, product information whilst employing target keywords, industry language and compelling CTAs.

New construction-industry imagery was carefully selected to engage the target audience, together with new graphics to help convey the complex product narrative.

A new distinctive design, subtle animations and bespoke navigation menus were developed to separate AppCan from their often-uninspired software rivals and provide a more intuitive, user-friendly visitor experience.

Following the successful launch, Profile created, and now manage, ongoing Google search advertising and email marketing campaigns for AppCan.

In the first year alone, the new website generated a 43% growth in overall site visitors, traffic from organic searches increased by 50% and AppCan now enjoy a steady stream of commercial website enquiries.
